One of the best ways to soothe the body, quiet the mind, and bring your energy back into balance is 45 minutes of gentle restorative yin yoga stretch and 45 minutes of sound healing.
Bring your pillow , mat, and blanket and just surrender into stillness and deep relaxation.
Public event is $30 per person from 7:00 pm to 8:30pm. This event is primarily done every two weeks on a Friday or Saturday evening. I will do posts on Instagram and send out email campaigns to notify in advance, so sign-up for your email notification.
Private group session cost, which can consist of family and friends, ladies wellness night, office/corporate, sorority wellness programs, fundraiser, or just about anything you can create in your mind would be discussed and planned in advance.
