Required/Optional Yoga Gear


 

Thick yoga mats are required/optional due to hard floors. One or more yoga mats may be used to create the desired softness for the comfort of your body. Two blocks are preferred in order to participate in stretches for different areas of the body. Bolsters or blankets can be used to modify any stretch or pose. Straps are required in order to gain greater flexibility and participate in the various flexibility methods used for different areas of the body.
