(1)Shavasana is a time spent at the end of the yoga practice in order to allow the yoga practice to resonate with the body, soul and mind. Shavasana will be from 4-5 minutes in length. If an individual does not wish to participate in Shavasana they are required to leave before Shavasana begins.
(2) Please plan to be to class 10 to 15 minutes early, as the silent time period before class begins allows the student to connect body to mind through the breath in order to better prepare for the yoga practice. Interruptions during this period takes focus away from other students. Please be considerate and be silent during this time if you come in late. (Stand and do not move about until class resumes)
