This is the perfect example of the use of yoga blocks during a Yin Yoga Stretch session while holding a shoelace pose or variation of a shoelace pose. Finding your threshold in any stretch, just the right amount of resistance, and than closing the eyes and finding stillness and silence will allow you the ability to release tension and stress while delving within yourself to allow the body to heal and lengthen.
